I've got a PPC for my S60 2.0T and would say there is a small but noticeable improvement in fuel economy - at least showing on the computer. Overall it's not bad but don't expect miracles in terms of performance.

The "F1's have a lovely tread pattern that will enhance the apperance of your S60 "and have also heard that they also adjust to the ever changing road conditions .
