Default Repair/replacement of plastic trim at door bottom

Seeing as it was such a beautiful day we went for a walk at Froggat and Curbar edge today.

Unfortunately as it was such a lovely day, so did everyone else........

Trying to get back down the hill and find somewhere to park I was executing a 3 point turn at the top of the lane with a particularly annoying white Transit Connect hassling me. With dirty mirrors and cameras and low bright sun I found 2 rocks in the verge. One connected with the underside of the passenger sill and left some marks under the car (which I can easily live with). The other rock connected with the trim at the bottom of the door and left a deep scrape (which I probably can't live with). There is also a tiny postage stamp sized scratch on the metal of the door which might be able to touch up.

So. Questions:-

Has anyone replaced the plastic trim at the bottom of the door? Is it easy?
Anyone know how much to buy a new trim? Does it come painted like the bumpers?

Here's hoping it is easy to do and can be bought pre-painted.........

Oh and to top it all a Range Rover nearly wiped me out at the bottom of the hill when we were leaving.....

OK. So I can now answer my own questions, so might as well post here in case it helps anyone else.

Part clips onto door. It does not come pre painted only primed. From Volvo the part is 100 quid inc VAT. They also quoted 150 quid all in for the bodyshop to paint it.

I took it to my friendly local back street body shop this morning. He has taken the trim off and will repair and respray if for me for 55 quid. I have left it with him and he will do it this week, then I can just pop in and he will just clip it back on. All in not a bad result.
