Changing XC90 this week and want to transfer favourites and library to new car
Has anyone found a way to do it without having to re enter each one? |

can you please resize your fonts? i can barely see what you wrote. if it's spotify you don't have to worry because it keeps your favourites associated to your account. The same if you're using a USB pen. Other than that i guess you have to do it yourself and re enter manually one by one.

Thanks for reply but don’t really understand it.
I’m referring to sensus sat nav. Nothing to do with Spotify or USB pen |

Sadly there is no way to transfer favourites or libraries between vehicles.
Volvo's sat nav offering has been dumbed down considerably over the years. Back in c.2013 in my first V40 it WAS possible to transfer favourites. Sat nav also had a dual screen mode which permitted two different map views side-by-side. You could also import third party safety camera databases, something that's not possible today. This is one area where Volvo has gone backwards in terms of functionality. I understand the new XC40 Recharge electric car has a new Infotainment system based on a Google platform. It was be interesting to see if this offers better sat nav functionality as it will probably become the norm for future Volvos.
