The lenses in my link are a direct fit (for xenon headlamps) and they have the same focal height as the factory lenses, they also have the small notch taken out of them to fit the metal part of the projector. I believe the projectors are the same on each and its just the back end that's different.

Fitting is relatively simple, I'll let januz put up his guide but if you want further advice drop me a pm and I'll talk you through it, getting the near side projector out is probably the hardest part though ;-)

Cheers

There are two different lens types:
STI -R with focus height of 27 mm
ZKW-R with focus height of 22 mm
Volvo halogens are made by Hella (I think) and focus height is 22mm. Many xenons use 27 mm lenses. Both types above are 3 inches in diameter. Hella lens are slightly smaller - 2.9 inch. Even though there is 0.1 inch difference, ZKW still fits into hella lens holder.

Btw, I got my lenses today but wrong model was supplied :/ have to wait a bit longer for another delivery from US... Oh well...

Janus

Just a quick question, did you go for the notched version of the ZKW?
Did you have any problems with import duty?

Thanks

Nope, no import charges
I would suggest you all to hold off from ordering lenses. Let me test this first and if all is good, I will pass on details. There is one more place lenses can be ordered from and it's cheaper by circa 30% than retrofitsource.
Stay tuned, more updates to follow when i get replacement lenses.

They're made by Bosch/Automotive Lighting.

Im not Janusz ;] but in case you are looking for EU place to get projectors, I recommend TheRetrofitlab. They are in Holland so delivery charges are decent and projector sets are pretty decent. They also sell ZKW lenses to retrofit notched ones.
