'83 240 GLE Estate

Owned by us from new, this car runs well, is MOT'd until August, and has Tax until the end of April.

Extras from new included boot mounted rear facing seats, sun-roof, and additional gauges. Full service history is in the file, along with original car and accessories brochures etc.

She's had several new parts recently including brake and clutch master cylinders, and heated rear window. Mileage is at about 146,000.

The interior trim is in lovely condition still, but there is significant rust on the bonnet, wheel arches, and at the bottom of the doors.

Unfortunately she just isn't being used enough anymore, and despite being with us for the last 25 years, it's finally time to say goodbye.

What engine does it have??
4 speed or 4 speed with overdrive or 5 speed gearbox?/

It's a 2.3 with 4 + OD gearbox.

I'm not the owner but I can see the gear lever and I looked up the number on DVLA to get the engine size.
