Default Help! I need a wedding car...(Amazon?)

Hi all.
I posted this in "lounge and introductions"
And was given a hint that different section of forum might give better results.
But, as I don't want to make multiple threads on same topic and turn the whole affair into one big mess- please, if you have any ideas, follow the link:

https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=274975

Thank you.

Hello ,

I have been in the middle of upgrading the engine so needed to get the greylady up and running again before I even thought about replying to your message .

Tonight the greylady is back up and running stronger than before with also new twin su’s fitted one last task is the overdrive for long journeys I prefer that to be 100% for smooth running .

So once the overdrive is done I can then use the car how I want to meaning go / drive with peace of mind and which point I could then give you a YES or NO

Is that ok ?

I’m having to work around my schedule within the workshop otherwise I would say give me a day or so to know but I reckon it will be more like next week before I even get my own car anywhere near my car ramp .

Will keep you posted is all I can say to be fair , but will try my best for you

Kind regards
Robert.W

Hi Gary.
Thanks for all the details- I've managed to find photo of your car online.
Now I pushed it to my other half (myself being at work now)- in the end its her decision, the car is for her.
Which makes me think.. Yours would be perfect for me and best man, but getting in and out with wedding dress on..

Thanks for coming up.
I'll keep everyone posted.

For now, from point of view of bride, the winner is Grey Lady.
But will Robert be done on time?

After I followed suggestion of Cherished, this matter seem to branch off a lil bit.
So in an attempt to bring it all together again:
