You might find what you're looking for here https://incartec.co.uk/products/Volvo - bear in mind that the leads you need may well be replacement model specific. Does the maker/supplier not supply bare wire ended fly leads with connector blocks as an extra/accessory & etc.

You should be able to find what you want if you try searching with the replacement manufacturer name and model number/code and include the word leads in inverted commas i.e."leads" as part of the search - the inclusion of the inverted commas will only find those entries which include the word 'leads'.

If all else fails get hold of a copy of the audio wiring diagram from the Electrical Wiring Diagrams (EWD 2014D Vida) for your original radio/cd/cassette player and you should be able to work out the crossover cable requirements from the original colour codes in the Volvo connector blocks. It may be time consuming but you will end up with a working audio unit (NB don't forget to take an amplifier into account if you had one fitted in your original set up)

This page is for the early V70 and 850 type cars.
The ones with steering wheel controls are the later 2001 on cars. And are in a deferent section.
Try volvotech.eu they do lots of electric stuff for Volvos.
