Default Good Used P1800 Screen Rubbers

Does anyone have one or both screen rubbers for an 1800 coupe in good condition? I will be replacing mine after an upcoming respray and prefer good used rubbers to new. Thanks.

Hi Mike. Hope you're well. I'm getting my 1800 resprayed early part of next year. May I ask why you prefer old rubber seals to new ones? Thanks in advance for your response. Peter A

Sorry it took a while to reply Peter. Basically good used rubbers are much easier to fit. These screens are not easy to put in at the best of times when you factor in the alloy screen trim as well - which is basically ruined if you bend or crease it.
The old rubbers are already have the screen shape built in as 'memory' so they fit round the 'corners' of the glass better and its easier to fit the trim into the lip also.
Well thats been my experience and I've done a fair few over the years.

Or pop a new rubber in the bath and warm up that also works and fits very well
