Default Stone chips. Help me please.

I've had my V90 D4 R-Design for 4 months now and the car seems to be quite keen towards collecting a stone chip or 4.

Has anyone else experienced this so early and what are others doing?

Don't follow the car in front so close, although it virtual impossible to totally avoid them.

I was travelling along the B1257 Hemsley to Stokesley rd in North Yorkshire (Gods country) the other day which has just been resurfaced with loose chippings, road signs every where saying loose chipping risk of skidding, max speed 20 mph, no road marking, no overtaking. A #*$*#@$# BMW driver passed me doing between 50 - 60 mph, spraying chippings everywhere, that horrible sound of your car getting pebble dashed, if I ever get my hands on him. The ba#*$?d

I hate that form of resurfacing with a vengeance, and also the type of driving you mentioned.

In total agreement with you on that one. A major road near me has had the tar and chippings treatment, only this morning some a**ewipe in his range rover came past doing warp 5, sounded like I was being shot at with a bloody machine gun. Needless to say it's looking like a phone call to Chipsaway on Monday morning.

Thats not something I'm guilty of. Its more likely an issue of BMW and Audi drivers going past me at speed thats caused it like others have said.

I have 2 on my drivers side and 2 on the front bumper.

This stuff seems reasonable. Has anyone tried it?
