atf change ..what oil

i got a 2000 x reg s40 t4 auto

its a phase 2 5 speed...i think.lol

now iam wanting to change the atf fluid soon..

will any dextron 111 atf fluid do or this mobil 1 type i have read about.??

which one ..cheers guys...also i have read about a counter of some sort has to be reset.??

or how much would a dealers charge to do the atf fluid change.???

have checked mine today and its red/slight tinge of brown..no smell..car done 84000 miles...so auto box problems..just thought it would be gratefull of a change...what oil do i need
