Many thanks to the Volvo forum for the introduction to Lukas - and to Lukas for being so friendly, quick and enabling my V70 to get back on the road with a fully operational dash, rather than a dead one! Why did I wait so long?! Easy, efficient and excellent value for a great service. To be highly recommended.

So I have a 2002 S60 D5 that is showing "SRS Airbag Service Required" and the clock only ever shows "--:--" Other than that dash is fine. Just started giving a "Engine Service Required" over the last few days as well (although I suspect this may be fuel filter related as the car has done 130k). I know it's hard without me reading the codes out if - but my guess is that I need to get DIM out and sent away?

Any pointers would be handy!

The clock is easily sorted, turn the small dial sticking out of the dash either left or right & hey presto.

The airbag light needs the codes read however. Not a problem with the DIM.

If I were to buy a 2nd hand ETM and send it to you to have the contactless fix donem can I swap it with mine once it is returned or does it have to match the car and be reprogrammed?

Thanks

Dave

Everything depends what you buy. It has to be right part number and software which may be difficult for you to find out but if you buy any turbo throttle body and reprogram it after refurb it will be ok.

Hello Lukas and everyone else on this fantastic forum, as everyone else here i too have an orange light on the dashboard that says ETM.
The car runs perfect, no limp mode, no strange idle problems not even a problem with the Cruise control, but the the buttons on the remote central locking fob don't do anything but the car locks fine on the key.
Also the drivers window will wind down but cuts out on the way up, would any of this throw a P0220 Throttle/Pedal Position/Switch ''B'' Circuit ?
The car is a 1999 Volvo C70 with 154000 miles, the throttle body (Under the bonnet) looks like its been opened and put back together as the bolts have been painted with Gold paint for some odd reason. Any pointers in the right direction would be fantastic.
Thanks, and best wishes.
Del.

Default Volvo Diagnostic address in London ?

Hello all,

I sent my DIM cluster by UPS to the address mentionned on www.volvodiagnostic.com

Volvo Diagnostic
PO Box 69981
London

And I just received a notification mail from UPS that said that address was incomplete... Is there any modification or update ?

Thank you in advance,
Best Regards,

Phil
