I am getting closer than ever to pushing my car down a slip into the sea.......

Does anyone have (, or perhaps a spare half an hour to make one)a video of the correct movement of the actuator on a 185 d5 turbo preferably in an xc90. Together with readings from Vida of air mass intake pressures etc at idle and up through the rev range.

I am poking in the dark here and cannot be sure that the turbo is calibrated incorrectly without correct figures. It is possible that I could adjust it a little without removing it from the vehicle if I had something to aim at.

I am getting boost of upwards of 22 psi which is around absolute of 36 and these figures seem excessive.

I had a huge bang/explosion and am worried that I could cause and injury or serious damage so really cannot now drive the car... see my post here about the bang http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=255565

If anyone around Cork has an xc90 185 and would allow me to connect my dice\Vida that would be great also.
