Default Pause between CD tracks

Anyone have a clue how to stop the silence between CD tracks on the volvo sensus system?
Got some live CD's which in the house and my wifes car play thorough with no gap, but in the volvo there is an audible pause between tracks.
I know on my CD player I can switch this off, is this available in the car and if so how as I have been unable to find this option.

Many thanks

Does no one else have this issue in their Volvo?

Please can you let me know so I can return to the dealer if necessary.

Many thanks

All cd players i have had since 1983 have gaps between tracks , it is the way they work , the track fades out or stops , the lazer moves to the next track then that starts to play the next track , maybe your wife's car has some kind of buffer to remove this natural gap ?
