I relocated my DR900s (installed by local independent) to just below the Intellisafe housing in the middle. - it works fine, no interference. It was initially to the left - a bit too to the left as the access to the microSD is on the right.

Can also confirm, DAB works fine too.

I am a bit unsure how the PowerMagic Pro works?
Is it meant to come out of Parking mode as soon as you switch on the car (accessories on/Ignition I position?). Mine appears it is the motion that turns off parking mode to normal recording rather than the car being switched on.

Can anyone confirm.

Cam anyone confirm.
The PowerMagic box sits between the car’s electrical circuit & the BlackVue dash cam with its primary function being to allow the dash cam to carry on functioning when the car’s ignition is turned off and doors locked, etc until either the battery voltage has dropped below the level pre-set or a pre-set period of time has elapsed. Both the pre-set variables are set by the row of rocker switches as shown on the instruction pamphlet with pictures.
A very common installation mistake is the incorrect wiring of the PowerMagic’s two positive leads with one of them needing an “always on” connection.Get that right and you will be Ok.

You can use the Magic Power pro or the BlackVue OBD Power Pro Cable. Which is a lot cheaper.

Much easier & very neat solution - no hardwiring into car's fuse box.
I would have used this new product if it had been available at the time, just shows how tech is constantly moving forwards all the time.
