The MOT history shows corrosion and oil misting with the suspension system which is not a cheap fix on this model so if they've been replaced it would be worth mentioning as it might help the sale.

Ok, well the last MOT has no advisories, and the car passed without comment. Having spent a great deal of time underneath it fairly recently, I can categorically confirm that there is absolutely NO oil misting anywhere on the suspension, and no 'corrosion' either, beyond very light surface rust on the lower of the rear springs which I had to look very hard to see, as evidently did the MOT tester who didn't deem it worthy of note. The previous MOT tester seemed to be more than a little pedantic (and possibly imagining a few things), nevertheless, most advisories have been attended to. Also, there are no errors on the dash related to the suspension (or anything else).

While I appreciate you mean well, I did think I had made it clear I didn't want any opinions. There is always going to be someone I can't please or who wants to pick holes. I have been honest and up front about the condition

Now sold. The buyer was the only person who looked at it, and told me he had looked at quite a few, and that this was the best he had seen, in both condition and how it drove.
