Default Oil sensor code

Hi looking for some advice with a P250A-17 code reading that the oil sensor is above the voltage threshold. I have a 2008 v70 p3, I’ve checked the oil and it is dead on the centre of the dipstick so I’m unsure as what could be causing this code and triggering the engine device require light on the dash!

Has anyone here had or know anything about this?

I’ve had it on a diagnostic tool and wiped the code a few times but it keeps returning leading me to think it’s not just thrown a paddy and shot a code at me
