2010 XC60 R-Design Front Bumper Removal

Has anyone found a "how to" on t'Internet? I can't believe its too complicated as the rear one comes off in under 10 minutes. I'd still like to make sure I don't remove it and leave it hanging by a tread only for it to snap off rather than having undone all the fixings first.
