Send an email off to Dave and Jan Ovenden (oldsmithy1@btinternet.com) outlining what you want/need and they will guide you. Don't delay about the meal as they need to know you are going to the meal.
See you there.

Nothing in the first post on booking the meal, how do on members book places and who should they contact (as they won't have access to Driver)?

I stand to be corrected but the Saturday evening meal is for members only and the cost is subsidised by the club. At this time it might still be possible for members to go to the meal but I would think that it's likely that final numbers have already been agreed with the caterers, but worth an ask. Include your membership number.
As said, details and confirmation from Dave and Jan Ovenden (oldsmithy1@btinternet.com)

Why is everything on over these two days??!!

VOC BKV - all weekend!
Stratford River Festival - all weekend!
Aikido Course Saturday pm & Gradings on Sunday am

Treble booked but I think I will bring the car down on the Saturday morning and meet a few, then head to the festival for a couple of hours (have a few drinks), then go a throw some friends about (have a few drinks), set up the BBQ in the evening (have a few drinks), get up and go to watch some folk getting thrown about in the morning (have a few drinks), drop the wife off at the festival after the gradings (have a few drinks) and head over at last to BKV - exhausted and probably drunk!

See you there if I can focus!

Ric
