Default 480 es for sale on ebay

Has anyone seen this on ebay?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1988-VOLVO...item1e739800c4
I have messaged the guy and he insists that £18,000 has been spent on its restoration and its all documented in the history!!!
Although these are nice cars and I love the price of this one (but the distance is prohibitive) no way would any sane person spend £18k on a car and then sell it for £250!!!
Something does not sound right here. Does anyone know the seller or car?

Thanks
SC

Don't know the car, but one discrepancy is the presence of the front spoiler which should not be there on an ES.
Also I don't think it should have colour-coded bumpers but I may be wrong as I forget what year they were added to the ES, theres a thread on here somewhere with the answer.

If £18000 was spent by the seller, you'd expect a more detailed description, more pictures and some showing the restoration.
