This is the other parts car I broke....
I didn't really want it but the seller had a new old stock pair of front wings and a front panel which I did want The panels came with the car so, I trailered up n headed north again.... Not so far this time - north side if Birmingham, The car had been parked in a garage with no roof 20 odd years ago and left there.... It was long gone as you will see in the pics..... So just for a bit of fun, we threw a battery at it to see what it would do.....
and it turned over just fine.... http://i932.photobucket.com/albums/a...s/7cfacd05.mp4 Then just for the hell of it, cut fuel line and connected a funnel full of fuel, air filters off and a squirt in each carb and..... http://i932.photobucket.com/albums/a...s/f7efb1e9.mp4 Bingo - the b18 sure is a tough old motor.. It literally lept into life That's me you can hear laughing at the end Last edited by Andy the Aussie; Aug 20th, 2013 at 18:40. |
