2001 - Oil Filter / Housing
Hey Guys-
Changed my oil and am not sure if there is supposed to be a gap between the plastic oil filter housing and where it attaches to the engine. I know it is a dumb question. When re-installing the filter, I put a little oil in the housing and around each end of the filter / holes. I pushed the filter onto the male part of the receptor on the engine ... but maybe not fully pushed on the plastic housing male receptor ??? Comments appreciated. Best to all, Tom
