Hi all,
Here is an update for the third meet.
I have contacted the center and we are welcome at the venue on this date. They emailed me a contact number to inform me of the parking arrangements they can provide for us. I have left a voicemail but to date no reply, I advised them I need a reply by the 19th April so as to get details published in the Volvo driver mag out in June to inform members who do not use the forum. As soon as I know I will let you know.
On to the fourth meet, yes I appreciate it is a long way off as it will be September however I need to work this far ahead to get details to the Magazine on time.
So far we have been West of York, the second at Harrogate North west of York the third being South Yorkshire. We need to be looking at East of York or North / South East of York any suggestions?
As a result of the Magazine club section report I have had an email from a former member of the York section that finished a few years ago. He and his wife will be joining us at Harrogate, so the acorn has begun to sprout shoots.

Unfortunately I can't make the meet on 7th May due to having booked up for the Swedish day at Crewkerne. I have put the July date in my diary and will be able to attend in the afternoon as the morning is already booked. As for the next venue what about Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington or maybe a visit to one of the east coast resorts

I have spoken with the Heritage centre they will provide group parking at the rear of the iron works. This is the location where they hold car meets. I will be on site from 10.30am to aid direction. I have submitted this for the June mag.
Now the fourth meet September. I know the Air museum a very good venue however I would love to hear from interested parties in the East of North Yorkshire and East Yorkshire. This is your chance I will organise anything. Please feel able to speak.
