Default [s60II, d5, 2011] smoke from oil intake

hello everybody
few days ago i saw a white smoke coming out from oil intake...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSqkDNk4a84

i have checked websites and few forums and all they say, this is PCV clogged...
this is very weird because there is nothing wrong with engine - it is pulling like a train, steady and smooth revs (idle too, no sharp revs), no whistle on turbo or anything like this...
one thing worry me a little bit - intake air pipe is a dirty on joints (take a look on pictures). and a little oil deposit underneath engine cover, probably came from that joint
today i visited volvo garage - mechanic said, this is quite normal, because this engine (d5244t10) is built as tight so some smoke from combustion chamber might transmit into bottom of block... according to him, i should not to worry untill i will loose power or light will come on on dashboard.

what do you think? is volvo mechanic wrong? should i seek other volvo garage advice?
thanks a lot for any answer
