not me again I am afraid, I will be on my usual Sunday Commute in the Turbo to Lincoln. Luckily, my commuting days are ending mid Sept, and providing the Turbo passes the MOT in Sep, I may make a meet finally in Oct! if it fails the MOT, it will be sold/scrapped

The intention is to be there but it will be on the way back down from Inverness. I have been offered a good V40 diesel from an old friend up there and it will require trailering down so hopefully we will get to Pitlochry before everyone leaves. That should make it a 960 and a V40 this time.

Four are going this week. 760 GLE Turbo Diesel estate (on SORN for a couple of years), 960 estate that was bought as a 'Cat-C' (interior swapped out and engine/gearbox now removed), 340 that was 360dood's first car (gearbox sold on) and a 360 that was got as a 'project' to return to the road (only to find that the previous owner had officially scrapped it rather than sorning it).
The V40 was an unexpected offer and it is far too good to destroy. It will be good for the 'school runs'.

Should be there - minus the banana...
As above, I should make it to Glenisla but if everything goes according to plan Wednesday/Thursday, will be in a Volvo, but not the banana...
Hopefully see you there. Cheers |
