Xc90 DVD player help

Hi we recently brought a xc90 05 plate we have a 10 disc multi changer in the boot under floor both screens appear to work as it says no signal any ideas have replaced batteries but not 100% sure what size should be in it all help or suggestions welcome thanks

Are you sure the 10 disc changer is for DVDs rather than CDs? There's lots of info in this section of the forum about the two types of systems fitted. I seem to recall one type has the DVD drive in the rear of the centre consol.

Definately DVDs says it on the outside its a Volvo one and no player in centre console

Hi, I think you probably have the 10 DVD unit. It does say volvo on it but is specific to the UK market only. It was fitted on many early xc90 as an option on purchase.
