After a quick google search which has brought me here, I can see I am not alone as regards to this poor company.
After purchasing a vehicle from them, it had a faulty CD player. They are not making any clear attempt to resolve it. Poor aftersales service and rude staff have left me feeling let down and dissapointed.

thats what happens when you live in Mynydd Isa

well if you not Mold and Not Buckley you have to be from Isa

The website is great Deeside Cheshire . Hmmmm not sure where you are guys as Connah's Quay is in Flintshire.

I ssem to remember the car place that was there was always a bit iffy

Im a Buckley lad too haha. Back on track with this company, they have been a pain in the bum to put it simple. Im finally getting my CD player replace after 2 months of constant phone calls to them with no returned calls etc.
Avoid.

Took my wifes V70 in for service and rear trailing arm bushes into Deeside Motors last week. Cant praise them enough. She had a new little courtesy car and they serviced the vehicle and then gave it a wash hoover. We got a VOLVO print off and and a detailed explanation of whats needed. Great garage and friendly staff.

Think they have ex volvo techs there now.
