Default Steering wheel adjustment lock

Hi All,

I've noticed recently that my steering wheel adjustment doesn't seem to lock in place very well. The up/down adjustment is fine, it locks and stays put, however in/out doesn't seem to lock properly.
I first noticed when I had to do an emergancy stop and the pushed into the dash. Not ideal really and pretty annoying. Has anyone else had an issue similar to this?

I'm hoping this is a fairly simple fix, replace the mechanism and not too £££. However, I have no idea what part I need to do this fix, or where to look for anything that might have been done before.

All my searches turn up steering lock issues, which I don't believe is related.

If anyone has any experience of this, or knows anything about it, please can you share what you learned?

Cheers
