  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default No radio, sat nav or power sockets

Hi, first noticed radio not coming on with the ignition, then coming on later in journey, then found the 12v sockets were off, then noticed no sat nav.
Checked fuses, all OK.
None of the above are linked by fuse.
I suspect a relay fault, probably on the Body Control Module but before I go delving in, possibly making matters worse I wondered if anybody could help with advice.

Hi simon,
Thanks for your help, the problem Mike had has given me some directions.
I will disconnect the battery and reconnect as advised,
Failing this I will have the fault codes read,
Failing that, I might have a look at the Body Control Module to see if a relay is the culprit.
