  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

Default Apart from the recent Volvo - other cars I've owned

I have definately owned a kaleidascope of cars over the years. My son decided he would highlight this by putting together the following tribute

I agree...one of my definate favourites was the Mazda 626 Montrose (I think it was a Montrose) one of which is on the clip dressed up a bit like the Dukes of Hazard car.

As for the bad cars, the Avenger, Bedford HA van and Talbot Sunbeam are way up there.

There is some depressing machinery in that collection,I liked the Bedford HA,driven properly you could keep both rear wheels off the ground,the rear axle used to scream like a Banshee,only altering its tone on the rare occasions that the driven wheel touched down.

Cool Presentation

Hi,
nice presentation. Important to keep those old photos of cars that were such an import part of one's life. Even the lemons bring back memories of good times, for now you can laugh at the grief they caused you then. Congratulations to your son on putting it together so others could take a trip down memory lane.
