Has anyone used MIJ Performance based in Walsall?

I have a 1995 2.5 20v Estate, I require a new Catalyst, They have quoted £180 inc vat and fitting for a 400 cell. Or £240 inc vat and fitting for a sports cat with a 200 cell internal.

Quite a reasonable price, so has anyone had any experience of this company and how do you rate them.

Volvo are quoting £500 inc vat for the cat, though I am sure it is very good quality, I cannot justify spending £500 on a cat.

Thank you

Hi,

I would ask them the thickness of the steel on the cat..

I would go for the sports cat too... Ommph!!

I visited them 3-4 weeks ago.
The premises do look impressive but theres no showroom to speak of more like a large waiting room.
Most of the room is ramps and workshop, when I went there were 2 very unhappy Honda Civic owners there demanding money back due to poor quality items and workmanship.
I shan't be using them myself but others may feel differently.
