  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Hello folks, greeted by this screen when trying to log on this morning. I wonder what's coming?

Its a new system to set your car up with Volvo system so you can be informed on latest offers etc from Volvo also to inform you of the latest info on new cars etc it will also allow the my 15 cars to book for a service with a dealer all without the need of a phone call it's all quite clever?!

None that I can see.
This is the second time within the last month that they have done this?

The only enhancement that I want to see, is a reduction from 14 weeks, to around 10.
I live in hope.

how long after placing your order did you get an order number from the dealer to be able to use the MyVolvo site

I didn't get mine from my dealer (and they probably don't know I've got it but they never offered it either). I contacted Volvo UK and gave them my dealer name and my name and they found it on their system.

Might do that with you although some staff there are helpful and some are not at all!

I do get the impression that they (Volvo HQ) might be getting a little weary of calls from customers as there appears to be a distinct lack on 'technical' knowledge from some dealers (some are just salespeople and don't want to get bogged down with too much detail once the deed is done).
