Not for me as we will be looking for an automatic in the near future.

I don't want to sound pessimistic but coming up to xmas selling a non-prestige saloon like a volvo in blue w/o alloys would, I think, be difficult.

No offence, I looove volvos and have owned lots but to Joe Public you have a dark blue saloon car that's M reg and rather plain.

They would probably rather buy a BMW 3/5 series or a Mondeo with all the body rot problems etc but at least it would look glitzy on their driveway.

My last 850, purchased summer 08, cost £450 so I'd say your price is too high, but you could get lucky.
