Boot/trunk area 12Vsocket XC60MY18

Does anyone know if the wiring harness is already in place to fit a 12v socket in the boot area of a XC60 Inscription MY18? They are shown in the manual as an optional accessory (cheap skates!), and does anyone know the part number - I've only been able to find the reference for the models up to 2017? Finally once fitted does it require a software upgrade to activate the particular circuit? I see it has its own fuse in the fuse panel located in the engine bay of all places!
