When I went to volvo to check for a replacement caliper they are no longer available, I bought a seal set but at around £40 , you might as well get new calipers or get a company like BIG RED, to properley refurbish them. I too modified a hefty G Clamp but this didn't work either. I notice GSF do them or is there a better supplier. I,m back on mine today local garage said they would give us a hand with a hydraulic rig to pump them out once the calipers are removed. I have my doubts , will post outcome.
