Default B18 standard pistons needed urgently...

I need a set of 4.

I have seen sets of these go on eBay for £60. However, just when you need them they are nowhere to be seen!

I have loads of Amazon / P1800 bits, so would be happy to do a part exchange, or just name your price...

Thanks,

Gordon

Gordon,
If something near doesn't show up - I would be able to help you. I presume you are fine with used ones?

I was hoping for new ones, but a decent second hand set might be acceptable.
What sort of price did you have in mind?

I'll have a look tomorrow, know I have new pistons, not sure if they're standard though. I'll let you know.

Thanks for offering to help, but I needed to get the car running again and have shelled out for a brand new set from Brookhouse.

Cheers,

Gordon

Smile Use of B18 piston in Single cylinder Motorcycle

Hi - One and All
I belong to the AJS & Matchless (Motorcycle) Owners Club and own a 1955 Matchless G80/s which is currently at the limit of available Hepolite pistons
Standard bore size initially was 82.548, (3.25") its now at that +60"
My maths are not too hot at converting MM to thousanths so I need a bit of assistance to arrive at the next size up, which is hopefully a standard B18 or a B18 + 20".
The Club recommends asking for a good condition second hand one although I would prefer a new one provided it does not cost too much.
Thanks in anticipation

Default Pistons

I've got 4 used ones but they are still in the engine. Good news they are FREE!
