Brilliant news
have you decided on refund or repair? I would personally go for the refund option. Plenty of other good cars out there |

Glad you have a solution mick know you just need to choose which one it is you want I think you should try something else as am not sure you will ever really enjoy the car or trust it is right?! The choice is yours however good luck!

I'd take the money and run, any repair or replacement would always be tainted in my mind by the trouble you've had.

I'm getting a refund I believe the true mileage has got to be over 80,000 miles the work that it needs is horrendous and found out its an ex police surveillance car the steering wheel has lost its coating wear on it is that bad so I will be looking for something else what do you recommend ?
I'm a sports car lover but I don't want a big machine like my C70 T5 it's too big something the size and looks of focus ST even better RS (I wish) ,mazda, I don't know much on Germany cars audio etc I don't really want to have something that's riddled in problems I might look at the C30 D3/D R - Design but with the issues with this one I'm in too minds now |

There are plenty c30s out there d3or d5 will be just as much fun with added practical fuel economy or why not look at a focus st( whisper it ) but it's the same car as the c30
