Default Unusual Air Con problem

For some time we've noticed that the air con in our 2015, V70, D4, blows cool instead of cold. But not all the time. At other times, it will blow freezing cold. For example, we recently had a 100 mile journey. the air con would only blow cool. After 50 miles, I turned it off and left it off for about 25 miles. I then switched it back on and we had freezing cold air for the remining journey home.

I've also noticed that setting the temperature for the heating doesn't always set the correct temperature. We've read out the fault code for the Climate Control Module, but no faults are found. Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestion, but no, a re-gas isn't needed as when it blows cold it's really cold. I had it re-gassed last year, even though it was blowing cold as the compressor was making a noise. Apparently it was only about 1/2 full. With the correct quantity of gas the noise went away.

Have you hoovered out the cabin air sensors? could be getting a faulty interior temperature...?

It will also cut out if a window is open, so could there be a faulty sensor?

Mine has a noise too, but I think it's the clutch
