Wing mirror replacement
Need to replace the (heated) passenger rearview mirror on a C30, 2007 the mirror bit fell off leaving the plastic frame/heater piece in situ...just wondering if anyone has had experience of pattern parts on the bay, and are they any good? would a V50/S40 mirror from a similar year be the same part?

I bought a pattern one off eBay just over 11 months ago, and have been perfectly happy with it (heats up fine, no sign of delamination, fitted perfectly).
It was to replace a "stick on overlay" type mirror that the previous owner had fitted over a broken mirror. Which bugged me partly because it was stuck on wonky, and partly because it had a different "divider" than the OEM driver's mirror on the other side (it had a solid line, rather than the dots). I don't think the seller I bought from is on there any more, but this looks identical: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/For-G48-V...-/332261087127 (that was just one I found in a search, I'm not recommending that particular seller or anything - have never dealt with them). I paid £14.99 delivered for mine a year ago, so anything around that mark would seem reasonable to me |
