2003 v40. CEM location
I have a 2003 V40 and driver side low beam is not working. Bulb, fuse are ok.
While searching this forum , i noticed similar (if not same) issue all pointing to the CEM being faulty. I would like to know the location of this CEM and how to take it out. thanks in advance. |

Under the dashboard, right hand side. The bottom of the dashboard is quite easy to remove, just a few 10mm bolts. Once removed, it is easy to see. It's a grey box, about 6"x4", and is simply retained by plastic tongues. At least, that's where it is on a 1999 model.
