monroe air shocks
Hi everyone my 93 850se is fitted with a tow bar and monroe air shocks on the rear i cannot seem to find the correct psi for normal driving ie not dragging a caravan about.The stick on notice just says min psi 18 max psi 80 i have it set at 40psi its just passed its mot and feels ok but would appreciate some input as to what the pressure should be for normal enthusiastic driving.

May be I could help out a bit here.I had the munroe ride leveller system on the old girl a 740 estate and found out that the best overall pressure was approx half way up the green scale at about 55psi from memory. As they were a ride leveller and not performace assistance munroe didnt seem to give much away on this,they commented that it litterally was a ride leveller to prevent bottoming out when loaded up.......hope this assists..
