Wotcher. That first snap is excellent, it conveys an aura of menace the way you seem to have caught it unawares through the branches of the shrub.

Re the bootlid, someone doesn't know how to spell "shed"

I think it's a HOOT!

All the best, Nick H.

I've seen it before... at a show in Shuttleworth, parked next to a lilac one (which won a prize !)

I'm impressed by your nerve and it looks like loads of fun !

thanks for the kind words guys. Amazondean, I do find it quite sad that you have felt the need to slag my car in 2 separate threads, and madder93, if ya don't have anything useful to say, try just not. It's also quite worrying that 2 so called car people have the narrow-mindedness and shortsightedness to only be able to see the cracks and rot, and not potential for an amazing project and awesome one off. The reason i don't go out and buy a new saxo is that i don't wanna look like every other to$$er out there on the road, don't you ever fancy standing out from the crowd? i have bought myself a project car, and i find the satisfaction comes from breathing life back into an old classic. What i find most distressing though, is the fact you have come across my post, read it, not liked the car, fair enough, each to their own, but you've felt the need to sh1t on my parade, why? has it made you feel better about yaself? Did you get enjoyment from tryin to take the wind out of my sails?

All i can really offer you both is a deep sense of sadness for your obvious ignorance, and a nice hot steamin cup of STFU...

...enjoy.

Good luck with this project. You may need lots of parts & help in completing it. Advice from an older fella, join the VOC then you will be able to get discount, get advice, and best of all start posting on the site with a clear consience and not slag off paid up members.

that purple sled is stunning, they look really good without the b pillars i recon. I have a flamer kit, and it will be fitted just as soon as she's a tad more structurally sound
