General: 140: - 142 parts need

Hi all.

Im getting a 1971 142 very soon. The body is rooted (rusted to buggery) but the drivetrain seems good. How rare are these cars? Esp in australia? Would i make a good profit for wrecking it and selling odd bits like rear window glass, grill, intior bits etc?

Im a datsun man at heart but this came up so i thought yeh why not?

If it cost you nothing, you might make a few bucks for it in parts.

If the body is stuffed - I wouldn't pay a cent for it. 142's aren't really all that rare out here .... just ones in good condition !!
