Default Diagnostic tool

Hi I am new to Volvo but not to car maintenance. Out on a run today a warning appeared on the dash along with warning lights. (ABS and DSTC Service Required) It appears that it is something to do with the ABS sensors. I would like to repair it myself but need help with the diagnosis . Here is my question, What is the best tool I have cut it down to 3
1. 2014D OBD2 Car Engine Automotive Fault Diagnostic Scanner for VOLVO Vida Dice ZE
2. LATEST VOLVO SAAB MULTI-SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC FAULT SCANNER TOOL - ICARSOFT VOL V2.0
3. Any other suggestions
I have a 2011 v60 d3 2lt diesel
Thanks Mal

with vdash apparently you can get softwear updates and patches and possibly satnav activation from volvo them self for a fraction of the price they have quoted me £270 plus tax for the satnav soft wear activation. dealer want £750
