Took us over 100 miles over 2 days to get start-stop working after it had been parked up over lockdown time it seems the ss (2nd battery) is last in the link for charging i find running with the Aircon off helps.

Pack sandwiches and a flask and have a ride round the Trossachs.
Cannot think of a better way to keep the battery in top condition.

Battery charging rate is not linear, one very long trip will not bring back the Start/Stop. And aircon use has no impact on charging rate. It takes many long trips to charge the main battery over 85% State of Charge.

Start/stop is like a bonus for frequent flyers, not offered for occasional weekend travelers.

Drove from West Yorkshire to Scotland today, stop/start innactive, following lockdown, at start of journey.
Stop/start became active again just after Dumfries about 180 miles into journey.
As previous contributor said more a frequent flyer thing, more use more miles more stop/start is active.
I would be surprised if you have battery problems, they usually appear at start of winter.
Watch and wait, a new battery won't be too costly, try main dealer for quote if you do need a replacement.
