Bcm-0112
Good morning,
I have recently had the Anti Skid message come up so I have done a scan and I have the BCM-0112 code, sensor not calibrated, I have also had a front right ABS sensor mechanical fault come up. Upon removing the ABS sensor it seems to have worn down where it has been touching the ABS ring, is this normal? How do I calibrate the ASC Sensor? does it have to go to Volvo for that? I have Vida and VX DIAG but can't find anything on there that will help! 54 plate XC90 D5 AWD |

The last post on there seems to take you through it step by step with a VIDA reset.
I think the link was just to show some VIDA text?? Good Luck Cheers Dave |

It looks like you may have two problems. The second is the mechanical one re the worn abs sensor.
You may want to check you do not have a cracked abs ring. It this is cracked then it may well wear the head of the sensor... It did on mine. Hope this helps |

If the old sensor was scored to destruction, the new one will be too eventually so I'd just change both rings.

Did you resolve the BCM-0112 issue? It has just occurred on my 54-plate XC90 D5 as well after I accidentally let go of the key while cranking the engine. The engine fired on the second starting attempt but an anti-skid warning then appeared, which was not present prior. Upon scan with VIDA and VXDIAG, BCM-0112 was shown. Please advise what action(s) you might have taken that resolved the issue. Thanks!

Run a calibration in VIDA for the BCM, that includes the YAW sensor. You can find it in VIDA/Vehicle Communication/BCM/Advanced.

I can confirm following the above steps resolved the BCM-0112 DTC.
Happy days. It's a good thing I had the right tools at hand. I wonder how much it would have costed me had I taken it to a garage.
