Speed Camera Database for RTI
Does anyone know if it's possible to add a speed camera database to the Volvo RTI and re-burn the DVD to include these? I usually use the speed camera information from www.pocketgpsworld.com on my TomTom system and was wondering if it's possible to do the same for the inbuilt volvo sat nav?

Not sure about adding in a third party database but noticed that the 2011 DVD contains the locations and warns you with a camera shutter sound if you are following a programmed route

I seem to remember reading a post ( not necessarily on this forum ) about a guy who had developed a software program that would
allow you to compile a new DVD, after replacing the data for POI's such as Speed cameras with your own data. I know that when I followed the link to try and get this software the link was dead, but despite searching / Googling I can't find it. Doing this would inevitably void any warranty you might have, and might also come under the realms of "decompiling" the software - which usually isn't allowed by the Copywrite holder ( Volvo ), but wouldn't it be good if this were made possible, preferably with Volvo approval !
