Default XC90 T6 SE Engine / Gearbox mount?

I have owned may XC90 T6 (54 plate 55000m) for about a year without any problems and decided to service it myself after reading all the helpful information on this forum. When I changed the oil I noticed that there was an engine or gearbox mount that looks a bit funny, like it has been bolt on with bits missing maybe when gearbox has been replaced? The bracket is at the rear of the engine nearest to the bulkhead and where the engine and gearbox meet. I have upload 2 pictures which may help to explain better than my discription. I have no record in the service history for the gearbox being renewed but i'm sure it has as its been sprayed silver and some clips down low seem to have been broken.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes nothing is loose only the bolt at the bulkhead side looks like it needs not holding the bracket to the arm right (Rubber washers or things?). Do you think the gearbox has been changed as the gearbox is a different colour silver to the engine as if it been spray and in photo 1 there are sip ties holding the tubes?
Thanks
Martin

Thanks Rob for your time under the car.
Looks the same to me even though I can still looks see thread on the bolt thro the lug, but must be just like that. Do you think the gearbox has been changed or are T6 gearbox sprayed a different silver than the sump pan and has numbers wrintten on them (Hard to make out the number but something like 30556----) ? Will be changing rear discs, pads, shoes next week and following the instruction by Bestgear thanks

I would suggest there is something amiss if there is a gap.
54 plate XC90 with 55k. Tough call. Its possibly a later box. What colour is the gearbox oil? I think the box in our 05 plat at 91k miles was still good, but the driveshaft failing killed the gearbox. If your oils a good colour I wouldn't worry. Different colour castings mean nothing.
Bestgear's how to's are top, so you shoudl have no problem.
Rob.
