  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Famous last words , not if the splines are rusted into the hub which happens on 2005-7 cars .. If this is the case you will need a new driveshaft and cast housing assembly and bearing ..

I noticed mine was droning louder at around 1800 - 1900 rpm. Useless stealers in Abertawe couldn't work out the problem despite several visits, the DisService Manager deserves a platinum coated Richard Cranium award. Change both if you are going to do them.

As the car has only done 19K is there any chance that the bearing may just need regreased.....or is my lack of mechanical knowledge just hoping that greasing the bearing will fix the noise. Thanks again.
