Default Sensus Connect Phone?

Just noticed today after pairing a second phone, one on Vodafone and the other on 3, that both are missing signal strength indication and also missing phone battery charge state.

Does anyone have similar lack of information?

Thanks,

tem

I think it depends on the phone as mine on orange does not show battery level but does show signal strength. The Volvo list does state some phones show different levels of information appears to be a bit pot luck by the looks of it. Just avoid updating to android kit kat as this seems to completely mess up the connection.

No need to apologise. I am sure sometimes it is the combination of the phone and the operating system as if you look on any car manufacturers web site some phones have full function some don't running the same OS. You may just be lucky with the phone.

Must be something to do with the MY14.5 software as I had these phone's fully functional, when paired to MY11 V60 (both were kit kat then).

What with no nav speed limits, no battery state and no signal strength, updates are shurely required.

Taking mine in for a 3,000 mile quality inspection on Monday and they said they would hook-up to check if there were any software updates. Have a feeling I might be a bit early for these but can see anyway.
