1997 Volvo 850 T5 Manual

• 182K miles (still used on daily basis)
• Maroon, sunroof model
• Volvo Roof rails
• Current MOT until May 2017 (will be sold with 12 months MOT)
• 5 seats, grey half leather interior
• Alloy wheels
• Service history – didn’t get a full one from previous owners.
• 3 previous owners
• Tow bar (not used by me for towing)
General details:
• Front brakes renewed in Jan 2017.
• Cambelt done 29th May 2013 at 120,143miles. Done by Volvo dealer.
• Grey interior with half leather seats (front heated)
• Owned car 4 years (had since 114k miles)
• 1 key with remote fob
• Oil and filter changed every 10k miles (using genuine Volvo filter and Castrol oil)
• 4 x Vredestein Tyres (good tread all round)
• Body work not bad for its age
• I wait for at least 1 minute after each drive for turbo to cool down (as per instruction manual).
• Kept old MOTs so averaging 15,000miles per anum
Known issues:
• Front bumper is a bit tatty (bad road rash)
• Few scratches, scrapes and dints. Worst on front bumper corners.
• Glovebox doesn't open (jammed).
• Passenger side wing next to front wheel arch bubbling (rust)

Reason for selling: High mileage job and lower MPG forces sale.
I use this car on a daily basis and do more long distance driving than around town. Perfect as a long distant family cruiser. Some TLC with the exterior and sorting out the small niggles would make this a very nice car indeed.
